Louise Thompson has been assisting people with personal, professional and organisational change for over 29 years. She is an accredited Trainer and Assessor with qualifications that range from Advanced NLP Coaching, (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Hairdressing & Make-up Artistry to Sales & Event Management.

Louise’s extensive research of workplace needs led her to write & facilitate several hands-on courses in personal & professional development. What unfolded was an amazing insight into what people really want & need to make profound changes in their lives. These discoveries led her to NLP – ‘The Study of Human Excellence’. Louise incorporated NLP and other modalities into her training & coaching to create a much richer and longer lasting learning experience. Many participants have reported that life changing results have been experienced long after her training & coaching has been completed!

Programs have been developed for business, community, educational and personal needs. Louise has brought transformational experiences to areas as diverse as Juvenile Justice detention centres, community colleges, job networks, private and public schools, fitness clubs, women’s refuge and business professionals across most industries, i.e. Hairdressing, Airlines, Sales, Finance, Legal, Fitness, Not-for-Profit Organisations, PR etc and of course private consulting.
